🏠 General Rules

• Check-in: 4 PM, Check-out: 1 PM (early check-in on request, subject to availability)
• Maintain noise levels after 10 PM
• Gates are locked at 10 PM – inform caretaker if arriving late
• Visitors allowed only with prior permission

🚭 Prohibited

• No smoking inside the house (hardwood floors & carpets)
• No drugs, hookahs, or parties allowed
• Alcohol is permitted, but drink responsibly and inform caretaker
• Pets only with prior permission (cleaning fee applies)

🧹 Cleanliness & Care

• Cleaning of rooms done only on request
• Notify caretaker immediately in case of spillage, damage, or leakage
• Switch off lights, heaters, and appliances when not in use
• Keep balcony doors closed when away to prevent monkeys from entering

🍽 Kitchen & Dining

• Light cooking allowed (nominal fee applies)
• Heavy cooking available with self-cleaning or cook service (chargeable)
• Use microwave-safe utensils and kettle only for boiling water
• BBQ equipment and coal available for a fee

🛟 Safety & Security

• CCTV in common areas for guest safety
• Fire extinguishers and first-aid kit available on site
• Use landline only in emergencies (inform caretaker)
